Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Due to the nature of our products, perishable goods such as food and herbal supplements are not eligible for return, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items received.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

Change of Mind Returns

If you received the correct product but no longer wish to keep it, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

  • Refund will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If an exchange is approved, you will be informed about the return process and replacement shipment.
